This whole cooking thing has been a challenge for me. Although I'm learning more and more with each passing meal, I still have to google dumb stuff that I would imagine most people would just instinctively know how to do.
Most nights, I'll ask CB what he wants for dinner, and his response will be, "Just pickup something easy!" Well, I have one, and only one dinner dish that I know how to do without following a recipe, and it was one Magen taught me wayyyyy back in college.
At the very least, I try to eat as healthy as possible Monday through Thursday. It is really tricky to find recipes that are not only easy, but also low calorie and don't have a trillion ingredients. If an ingredient list is more than I can count on my fingers, it'll go in the nope pile for me. Throw in the fact that you're trying to cook low-cal meals that a dude will also enjoy, and you've got a challenge on your hand.
Over the past year, I've stumbled on a few recipes I've made that stand out from the rest. If you're looking for weeknight meals that are healthy, taste amazing, include a low number of ingredients, are easy and will also please a dude, I've got you covered with these dishes!
