I want to talk about my mom today, because it simply seems like a great day to do so *wink wink nudge nudge cough cough if you haven't already sent a card, Sunday is kiiiind of a big deal.*
Even though my mom lives hours and hours away from me in Virginia, she is my best friend, my spiritual guidance giver, my martini drinking buddy when applicable, my role model, belly rub giving Gran-mom to Veenie and Gee and my biggest supporter. We are similar in every way, so I'm sure it comes as no surprise when I tell you that my mom is just as big of a sports nut as I am.
So in honor of Mother's Day, I thought I would dedicate Fan Friday to everything my mom, Ann Caudle, is a fan of!
1. Peyton Manning
I actually didn't intend for this list to be in any specific order, but it would feel wrong to put Peyton anywhere other than number one on my mom's list. Anywhere Peyton goes, my mom will follow.
2. The Bachelor
....and every other basic cable reality show. I dedicate my life to Bravo reality shows, so there is simply no time left for shows like The Bachelor and Dancing with the Stars. But for Mother's Day, they get a shoutout on VTIM!
3. The University of Tennessee
Naturally, anyone with discriminating taste would find themselves immersed in the culture and traditions, impressed and inspired by the world-renowned scholars, like Sarah Webb, and the impressive W-column that is THE University of Tennessee. #GBO
4. Wine
I too like to have a glass of wine to relax after a long glass of wine.
5. Javy Lopez
As a long time Atlanta Braves fan, Javy was always her favorite player. So for you mom, I'll just leave this here....
6. Any of the 80ish different players on any of her 3-5 different fantasy football teams
Anyone can just play one league. It takes serious skill, time management and dedication to play 3-5 different leagues in any given season!
7. Virginia Beach
Easing into retirement, my mom now just works 3 days a week. The other 4 days? You can find her posted up here...
I appreciate her strategy with my dogs. She is kind and loving to my dogs, but inside she be like.... "GRANDCHILDREN NOW BITCH" JK, she wouldn't say bitch.
11. The Movie You've Got Mail
Not a dry eye on her face.

As you can see, I stood no chance of being normal.

I know what your'e thinking, and yes, I got all the guys.
15. My dad
We lost my dad in 2006 but I can confidently say he is still our number one fan, and we his.
