Everyone Has A Favorite

I know that people in my life, my Mom and Helene, care about me when they both text/call to wish me a "Happy Miranda Day!" first thing in the morning. That's right people, today is MIRANDA LAMBERT CONCERT DAY!

^^^ Me = Stewie ^^^

I'm so excited right now that I may not be able to form coherent sentences in this blog post (but what else is new... baaaazing!). As you know by now, Miranda is my favorite person on this planet, and who I consider the GLA. I have a pair of {nosebleed} tickets to see THE Miranda Lambert, in concert, tonight March 12th, at American Airlines Arena in Dallas Freaking Texas. For the past three years at work, I've spent this week traveling for work, so I wasn't sure if I'd be in town or not for the concert, hence the nosebleed tickets. That's ok though, I'll scream loud enough that she will see me,

"Ohhh hey Sar! I see you up there Guuuuuuuuurl! So glad you could make it. Thank heavens you didn't have to travel for work this week like you normally do! I'll text you after the show, k?" - Miranda on the mic mid-concert yelling up to me in section nosebleed 304.

This will technically be my third Miranda concert. I say technically, because I saw her perform back in 2006, but she was the opener in a free concert at a place called Innsbrook After Hours in Richmond, Virginia. FREE... Can you imagine? She had just finished in third place on the show Nashville Star, which was like American Idol for country music. She was touring with fellow newcomer Jason Aldean, you may have heard of him?

My first time seeing Miranda headline was in September of 2013, here in Dallas at a much smaller venue than American Airlines.

I also took a road trip all by myself to visit her store, The Pink Pistol, in her hometown of Lindale, Texas. Miranda grew up just an hour and a half outside Dallas, so tonight's concert is a homecoming for my bestie! NO I DIDN'T MOVE TO DALLAS JUST SO I COULD BE CLOSER TO MIRANDA'S HOMETOWN...ok I might have.

I pretty much bought one of everything, including a pink "I Like Big Mutts and I Cannot Lie" cup that I drink from pretty much every day and twice on Sundays.

Oh yeah, and I was Miranda for Halloween.

Maybe I'm obsessed. And maybe that is a little creepy. And maybe I'm sorry not sorry. Follow me on instagram if you want to fan girl vicariously through me tonight!!
