This weekend I decorated for Christmas. You may think I'm crazy for decorating so early, but I have a good reason! You see, I'm a December birthday girl, my birthday is one week before Christmas Eve. My parents wanted to be sure that my birthday wasn't overshadowed by Christmas (great parents right!!?), so we generally wouldn't decorate the house until December 18th, once my birthday was officially over.
Now that I'm older, I have kind of embraced how lovely it is to have a birthday surrounded in sparkle, cheer and festive lights! So, you could say I'm making up for lost time by decorating so early this year! Plus, my favorite t-shirt company, Skip N' Whistle sent me the cutest tee and I couldn't wait any longer to put that bad boy on and get to decorating!
I tried to get General and Venus to dress up with me too, you can see below how well that went... just about as well as day one for new contestants at the biggest loser ranch.
